More than a decade ago, I wrote a book to commemorate my parents’ 50th wedding anniversary. The book is all fiction and, ultimately, has little to do with my parents, but derives from the story of how Mom and Dad met in Drain, Oregon, way back in the spring of 1948. Clicking on the link below will take you to an electronic version of the book. I won’t pretend that it’s an award-winning page-turner. But I hope you enjoy it nonetheless.
Incidentally, the cover art for the book was designed and produced by my daughter Ally when she was six years old.

Patrick…. I’ve read your stories…and enjoyed them all! Your family sounds a bit like mine! π Wonder why… could our fathers being brothers have raised us the same?
Any way! Great writing… keep on going.
